The Flights Boss.com is a reputed online US-based travel company that makes it easy to book airline tickets from the USA to India and answers any questions you may have before you book. Before using any of our services, customers are urged to carefully read the Terms and Conditions a single time.

A general understanding and agreement among the two parties engaged are represented by these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, by purchasing a ticket online at "The Flights Boss.com," you hereby unconditionally accept to comply with all of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify or alter the policies. The website will be updated and notified of any policy changes.

1) General Terms & Conditions

a) Eligibility – Anyone who is at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity to fly internationally is eligible to purchase The Flights Boss' services.

b) Payments - We accept Payments through the following modes:

  • Discover
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Bank Transfer/ NEFT
  • Prior to the flight's departure, payment must be made in full for all goods and services the company offers and guarantees.

c) Prices

The prices listed in the organization's brochure(s) or quote are in USD or the corresponding amount in another currency. Additionally, the organization retains the right to adjust these prices in the event of currency fluctuations, shifts in various exchange rates, and/or increases in gasoline prices prior to departure, and to apply a surcharge in accordance. Every time a similar price increase occurs, it must be completely paid for.

No requests for refunds will be considered after the reservation has been made.

The following are NOT included as a part of the cost:
  • Extra baggage charges
  • Custom fees
  • Port charges
  • Immigration fees
  • Inspection fee
  • Airport parking fee
  • Departure taxes charged by foreign governments
  • Cost of passports and Visas

However, the prices will be covered by the package if any of the aforementioned items are mentioned in the offer description.

d) Issuing Travel Documents – The tourist must make sure that accurate information is given when applying for travel documents. If the process is hampered by the provision of erroneous details, the Flights Boss disclaims all responsibility.

Only the person who submitted the order and accepted our Terms and Conditions will receive any immigration papers issued under any name.

e) Cancellations and Alterations Policy – Our Cancellation and Alterations Policy, which differs from one offer to another, applies to the cancellation of tickets. Before making a reservation, the consumer may email themselves a copy of the policy. If you have any questions, please email us or call us directly at our toll-free number.

Sometimes, the rearranging of flight timings and itineraries is out of our control owing to political or ecological circumstances. On such occasions, we must cancel or modify confirmed reservations.

Although it is our first desire to not interfere with our customer’s comfort, we reserve the right to do so in an emergency. If there are any changes, we will let you know as soon as we can and are willing to make flexible arrangements.

We'll provide you with at least one flight of comparable standard your additional cash. You are free to accept the alternative offer that has been given to you. You will be given a full refund if you decide not to accept it.

*Please be aware that the aforementioned choices are not available if a modification is minimal and does not result in a sizable delay.

Important: Unless otherwise specified in the deal deto the one you originally scheduled (you will not have to pay any more price). If the Tickets become less expensive, we will returnscription, all airline ticket reservations are typically non-refundable. CHANGES AFTER PURCHASE: Booking changes must strictly adhere to airline fare regulations after being made. Dates and times of flights are subject to vary based on the acceptance of payments and availability. Additional fees might be assessed if the affirmation is submitted after the allotted window of time.

The agent's bill and administrative fees will be subtracted from the refund amount in accordance with the contract in the event of cancellations.

f) Insurance – The Flights Boss does not provide insurance services and is not liable for any customer losses that are not covered by insurance. As a result, we advise everyone to buy their insurance individually before embarking on any trip. To assist your vacation plans, our customer service representatives might suggest that you contact insurance firms. However, it is entirely a traveler's obligation to investigate the credibility of the provider.

g) Seller of Travel Disclosures – According to California law, The Flights Boss is required to have a trust account. The California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund counts The Flights Boss as one of its participants (TCRF).

* Purchases made by customers from outside of California are not covered by the TCRF.

h) Valid Passports, and Visas – It is not our obligation to confirm that the consumer has the required passport and visas prior to travel. To take a flight outside the United States, you must have a current passport and a valid travel visa. A traveler must make sure that he has the aforementioned two and that he is carrying the additional travel documents that The Flights Boss has provided based on the information a customer has provided.

* For international travel from the USA to India, your passport must be valid for at least another six months beyond the planned end of your journey. Traveling without a visa may result in detention until you can be returned back, which is contingent upon the availability of return tickets (India needs you to at least have a visitor visa).

It is your duty to review the specifics of any pre-arrangements that need to be made before your trip, make sure you have valid identification, have had all necessary vaccinations, and have the necessary approvals to travel. We disclaim all liability for any delays resulting from the aforementioned problems. If you are not able to onboard the scheduled aircraft because you did not meet these standards, we will not compensate you.

i) Marketing Materials – Only for the purpose of referral, The Flights Boss uses images and descriptions to describe its services. We cannot guarantee that the locations featured in our blogs or elsewhere on the site will offer the exact same services or conditions.

The data on our website originates from a variety of sources, some of which cannot be completely confirmed and may contain errors. Therefore, it is suggested that Travelers exercise their own judgment.

j) Limitation of Liability – The Flights Boss is only acting as a facilitator and is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages (without any limitation). The Flights Boss will not be liable for damage claims that result in lost opportunities and exceed the total amount the customer pays under the agreement.

2) Air Travel Services

a) General conditions governing air transport

Your flight ticket bookings are the only aspect of air travel for which The Flights Boss is responsible. The Flights Boss does not have the authority to dictate the kind of aircraft that any airline will operate. Additionally, The Flights Boss has no control over any additional fees assessed by a certain airport or airline. Additionally, The Flights Boss is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of canceled flights, route changes, or seat changes. The ability to change flight times and itineraries belongs to the carriers. The Flights Boss disclaims all liability for such modifications and will not issue reimbursements for flights missed owing to such anomalies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own transportation to the second airport in the event of a stopover if the second flight is scheduled to depart from there. You won't get paid back for that, and the Flights Boss won't be responsible if you missed the next flight.

The Flights Boss disclaims all liability for any delays or schedule changes brought on by labor disputes, strikes, or bad weather.

The Flights Boss.com reserves the right at any time and due for any reason:

  • To cancel a ticket before the scheduled departure, in which case its responsibility would be restricted to returning a traveler's payment for the ticket.
  • To modify, vary, or remove any tour, adventure, or facility that The Flights Boss.com has promoted or published. Any compensation, additional cost, or consequential damage incurred by a Traveler/Group is not the responsibility of the Flights Boss.

No one else has the power to change, add to, amend, or waive any of the terms and conditions set forth here or any other terms and conditions pertaining to the trip that a Traveler is booking that has been approved by the Organization without The Flights Boss.com written consent.

The amount of the insurance premium is not included in the ticket price. Any such premium expenses would be the responsibility of a Traveler/Group to cover.

Throughout the current visit and back, laws, rules, and regulations apply to all tour programs and tour components. Any circumstance given about by such laws or by an act of God would not be the responsibility of the Organization.

Problems related to the issuance of e-tickets

IATA, the International Air Transport Association, has introduced new regulations that will take effect on June 1st, 2008. Airlines and booking firms must only provide travel tickets electronically, or as an "e-ticket," in accordance with the guidelines. In order to ensure that he obtains the tickets via mail, it is crucial for a customer to maintain constant email communication with The Flights Boss.

Failure to check-in

By default, if you don't check in by the deadline, your return flight will also be canceled. If you still want to book the return flight, we urge you to get in touch with us so we can explore your options; the airline will ultimately make that decision. All we can do is step in. If the cancellation is done by the company, there won't be any reimbursements given.

The Return

After 72 hours of the departure, the return must be reconfirmed. This is required since the airline cannot guarantee that the assigned seat will be held for you if you do not re-confirm. The Flights Boss specifically informs you in advance and is not responsible if you do not re-confirm your return journey.

Luggage

The Flights Boss disclaims all liability for any loss or destruction of your personal property while in transit. Under certain conditions, the airline is responsible for your luggage. Therefore, any luggage-related issue should be resolved with the airline directly. Additionally, it is advised that you obtain insurance for all of your possessions.

Babies and Infants

The cost of a ticket for an infant (age 2 years or under) is typically 10% of a ticket for a full seat. For passengers aged 2 to 11 years old, a few airlines offer discounted tickets.

Pregnancy

Pregnant passengers are subject to a number of limitations when flying; these limits differ from airline to airline. It is customer's duty to confirm these data in advance. Once a ticket is purchased, The Flights Boss is not liable for any fee cancellations.

Medical and Physical Condition

A traveler makes sure he is in good enough physical and mental shape to complete the flight. He has provided accurate medical records and accepts liability for any unanticipated complications that might occur during the travel. A traveler is responsible for paying any fees assessed by the airline for providing medical help. The Flights Boss disclaims all liability for providing any kind of medical care on the flight. If you need medical assistance while traveling by air, YOU ARE Liable FOR ANY RISKS AND COSTS INVOLVED.

b) In case of any kind of Dispute

Since The Flights Boss.com is dedicated to providing customer satisfaction each and every time you deal with us, we will make every effort to address any issues you may have as soon as they arise with regard to our goods or services. You may, however, pursue claims as described in the sections that follow if we are not able to do so.

By utilizing our services or conducting business with us, you consent to give us the chance to address any issues you may have with the Website, our agents, any services or products we provide, any representations we make, or our Privacy Policy by trying to contact The Flights Boss.com Customer Service department. You may file a small claims lawsuit, as described in this section, or go to mediation if we are not able to settle your claims by the deadline we agreed upon.

Except as stipulated in this section, all file, administration, and mediation fees shall be paid in accordance with the AAA's rules. You can decide whether the mediation will take place in person in your home state, over the phone, according to written submissions, or at another location that all parties will agree to.

Any and all claims resolution proceedings shall not be undertaken as a class, aggregated, or delegate action, but only on an individual level. This agreement is subject to the Federal Arbitration Act and federal mediation law. Any court with the necessary authority may confirm a mediator's decisions.

c) Prohibited Activities

The Flights Boss.com reserves the right to cancel any reservations for travel or services made under your name, email address, or account if your booking exhibits any indication of fraud, misuse, or any other type of questionable conduct.

d) The Flights Boss.com Fee

In addition to the expenses and fees levied by the travel supplier, The Flights Boss.com may impose an additional service fee for all agent-assisted reservations, which is detailed below. Additionally, The Flights Boss.com charges are non-refundable and levied per person or per ticket. Below are specifics:

Flight Booking Fee

For Per Person or Per Ticket depending on your ticket class (economy, business, or first) we charge a booking fee amount of USD 0 to USD 100 depending on ticket price. Adult, kid, elder, infant, student, and military are the different passenger types.

Hotel Booking Fee

We don't charge a hotel booking fee because we have a partnership with Booking.com for hotel reservations. All reservation service fees are still nonrefundable and subject to alteration at any time. Even the taxes and levies levied by the government could alter. You are responsible for paying the final sum as shown.

Important Note:

Charges for service fees are subject to modification without prior notice. Notwithstanding any change or modification in the service fees, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE LAST TOTAL PRICE AS QUOTED. Please pay close attention to the final pricing total.

e) The Flights Boss.com Post Ticketing Fees

  • All services are relevant to cancellations or changes that are aided by an agent.
  • Refunds & Cancellations (After 24 hrs.)
  • Up to USD 50 will be applied as a Cancellation Assisted by Agent/Future Credit.
  • The maximum refund for cancellations assisted by Agent will be USD 100 per individual or per ticket.

Modifications to Existing Booked Tickets (exchange)

The following post-sale fee is applicable for revisions to tickets purchased through us:

  • In four hours: Per person or per ticket, up to USD 25
  • 10 days or less until the new departure date
  • 1: Up to USD 110 for each individual or per ticket
  • 10 days or less until the new departure date
  • 2: No more than USD 75 per individual or per ticket

Other special services post sales like:

  • Passenger Name Misspelled (a traveler's name should be on the passport)
  • services relating to passports and visas
  • (Travel requires a current visa)
  • services relating to luggage (Keep a close eye on all baggage receipts.)
  • No-Show (Documents are needed to demonstrate why you were unable to board)
  • Denied Boarding (Documents required to state the same)
  • Duplicate Booking (in order to receive a refund, you must present copies of each ticket that shows the identical itinerary as those booked with us.
  • Depending on the airline, additional fees apply. (Our service charge is success-based, but it is advised not to include airline ticket prices.)
  • Only if our travel providers' fare policies allow it can we credit the refund for cancellations and refunds. You shouldn't be a "no show" since we will accept your request for a refund.

f) Loss of air tickets

In the event that a paper ticket is given in the lack of E-ticket involvement by an airline or carrier, you hereby undertake to secure your tickets and to be responsible for all loss or theft-related expenses.   • Disputes – All complaints will be resolved in accordance with California law.
  • Severability and Survivability – Any clauses that are found invalid or illegal would be deemed severable. The enforcement of the other conditions will not be impacted by these. To replace such a point with a legitimate clause that comes close enough to the original intent and has the same financial impact, both the customer and The Flights Boss must consent.
  • Entire Agreement- A customer and The Flights Boss have a contract in the form of these Terms and Conditions. The terms set forth here must be accepted by both parties. Before engaging in any of our services, you must agree to the Flights Boss’ Terms & Conditions.
